Returns and Exchanges

At Odayatea.com.au we are not able to process returns or exchanges on change of mind. Since tea is a perishable food item, all sales are final.

We want your whole experience with Odaya tea, our teas, and our items to be enjoyable. If you received a defective item or are otherwise disappointed with your purchase, please contact us at our contact page within 5 days of when the package arrives, The condition for returning a product is that the product is in the original sale condition. and we will do our best to make things right.

To help us understand your case, please save all packaging, teas, and related items before contacting us.

Our current system does not allow us to process returns, so please do not send anything back to us.

 

Credit Card Disputes / Chargebacks

odayatea.com.au has a zero tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any customer who disputes a credit card payment is subject to a fine, suspension and account termination odayatea.com.au 's discretion. A charge of $40.00 per chargeback will be assessed to all accounts that receive a chargeback.
