Payment Policy

The following Terms of Use constitute odayatea.com.au's Billing Policy and apply to ALL odayatea.com.au customers:

Payments

All charges are shown in (AUD). Payments are to be made in AUD. odayatea.com.au accepts the following types of payment:

Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)
PayPal,Alipay, Union Pay, Zip,After pay,Google pay,Apple pay

• All payments are due on receipt. If you provide odayatea.com.au your credit card information, you authorize odayatea.com.au to automatically charge your credit or debit card for charges that apply to your account. You are responsible for directly updating, or notifying odayatea.com.au, of any changes to your credit card (including, but not limited to card number, expiration date, billing address, or card status).
  
  Statements
  odayatea.com.au does not mail paper invoices or statements. Registered account holders can view and print statements via their Account.

  Fees
  Foreign transaction fees
  In rare circumstances, some banks may charge you a foreign transaction fee on your purchase. If you notice this fee on your statement, please reach out to us via the chat or by emails to odayatea.com.au to receive a refund.
  
  Customs fees
  When ordering from outside of the Australia , you may be charged additional customs fees if your order includes items other than green tea (utensils, for example). Orders that only contain green tea are generally duty-free, but customs agents may still decide to charge a processing fee.
  
  Credit card chargebacks

  
  A $40.00 chargeback fee will be assessed for each credit card chargeback received by odayatea.com.au
